Anne and Mike live outside the city of Boston (about 20ish minutes) in a city called Woburn. If you pronounce it Woah-born, people know you aren't from around there. It is pronounced Woo-burn. After Salem we went to downtown Woburn and grabbed some dinner at a BYOB sushi place. Such a great idea. We stopped by the liquor store first (because they don't sell alcohol in grocery stores at all, so weird) and grabbed a chilled bottle of wine and then to the restaurant. The sushi was AMAZING...presentation and taste! And they even made a special roll for us. They didn't have a Vegas Roll on the menu so we explained it the best we could and he created it...then he said he'd name it after us and the "Phoenix Roll" was born! Who knows if it stuck but it was pretty cool in the moment.
