Just what I needed...

Just spent around 20 minutes laying in bed with Aiden after his bedtime book talking. We talked about all kinds of stuff. We talked about sports and why he doesn't have trophies yet, school and if he's excited for Kinder, planets and what they are made of, God and if he made people with a people machine (then we prayed and thanked him ), video games and which ones he needs, superheroes and what superpowers we'd want, vacations, and even more. It was wonderful. Took me "away" for a bit and I was just in that moment. I need to remember to do this way more often. My little guy is so smart and so fun to talk to...I love you Aiden.
