Congrats Tech Sergeant Rowe!!

Today is a good day! Jason found out this morning that he passed the test for his next rank. He is now Tech Sergeant! Yay! It has been a long time coming and he has been working really hard the last couple years trying to get here. He had to study and worry countless hours over this and I'm so thankful it is over. I'm so happy for him!! I can't wait until you sew on and it's official! Congrats babe, we are so very proud of you!
