We decided to check out the State Fair today. We intended to get there before noon so that it was free...but we aren't exactly early risers and the get-up-and-go types, so we got there when we got there! o-well! We saw some really cool things and I am quite impressed with how kid/toddler friendly it is. They had a really neat dinosaur exhibit that Aiden wasn't too sure about because of the size and roars, but it was really neat. Aiden also got to enjoy "Toddler Town" where they had all kinds of activities like scooters, play mat, John Deer vehicles, mini golf, and a haystack maze. We went and watched the first part of the Destruction Derby which Aiden only enjoyed for a short time. We thought he would have been more thrilled with cars crashing into each other but I guess not. We ended with the Ferris wheel and Aiden enjoyed it too much and was asking about jumping. I was not happy. Again, no fear. I hate heights therefore I hated the whole ride. Call me a party pooper :)
