Milestones!

Today little miss had her 6 month check up and she weighed in at 14 lbs 6 oz! She growing perfectly and everything was A-OK. The doctor said she's perfect...but I could have told her that! Last night she also went from her belly to sitting up all on her own. She pushed her little self right up and was as proud as can be. I wasn't paying attention and missed it (Jason watched the whole thing) but saw her right after because I was thinking...wait a minute, wasn't she just on her belly?! This is her right after she flopped back down and I was trying to get her to do it again. Apparently she doesn't do these things on command.

Milestones are great and exciting but they sure seem to be coming quickly. She's been crawling, got herself sitting up, working on pulling herself up, and the doctor started talking about table foods and sippy cups. Ah! Slow down. She's still just a baby!
