6 months!

Things are moving right along for this little girl. She's all smiles with some laughter here and there...we still have to work for it. She loves to play with all kinds of toys now. She loves things she can have and of course the things she can not. You can see when she has eyed something she wants because she otherwise lights up and gets super excited and moves in that direction, or gets really serious and moves in that direction on a mission. It's comical. She transitioned from an army crawl to a one legged crawl fairly quickly and it getting the hang of pulling her legs underneath her. She wants to be on the move and looks like she's ready to walk across the room if she could.

It seems like she's growing up too fast and hitting milestones too quickly. She's doing great on solids and eats like a monster and has even moved into some 2nd foods. We put her in a high chair in a restaurant for the first time and fed her solids and it seemed like she was too old all of a sudden.

She has symptoms of teething and sometimes wakes in the middle of the night, and I'm not sure if it's teething or that she is just hungry. It is random, so sometimes I get uninterrupted nights of sleep. I guess the next thing is a full on crawl and being able to sit herself up...we still sit her up and then if she falls she just starts to scooch around. Caylee is such a good baby and we love her easy nature. She loves to just sit in her stroller and stroll or sit on the floor and play. Honestly, she's a happy girl unless she's tired, sick, or hungry. Makes it pretty easy. She really lights up our days and seeing Aiden with Caylee warms my heart everyday. Aiden loves his little sister and takes such good care of her. Life is good.
