Today was my first day back in a meeting. Summer is over. What did I do this summer? Hmm...nothing really. This is usually about the time where I get to have a post dedicated to all the fun things I did over the summer. Nope. The farthest Aiden and I went was to Prescott and then there was a trip to the zoo and circus. We mooched off some pools here and there and had some summer birthdays, but for the most part had a low key summer. Yes, you hear some disappointment in my typing...but I can't expect every summer to be razzle and dazzle. SO....I'm going to brag about the one thing that I did accomplish! Scrap-booking! I finally finished Aiden's First Year scrapbook!
2 summers ago I had left off on his 8th month and last summer was too busy to get to it. Here are some of my favorites that were completed this summer:

I not only finished his book (A total of 72 12X12 beautiful pages!) but also all of mine and Jason's 2008 adventures and half of 2009. Here are some of my favorites from the 2008 and 2009 books:
I scrapped a total of 55 amazing pages this summer! Feels good. I can't explain how rewarding it is to look at your finished scrapbooks and beautiful memories and know how much time and effort went into each single page. I can look at them over and over. So at least I did something this summer. Something important.
