10 minutes! Seriously?!?!?!?

Monsoon season is a bunch of crap if I may say so! We got 10 minutes of crazy rain and wind and it was great to hear and I loved it...until the 10 minutes (have I mentioned it was only 10 minutes?!) was over and then we went outside to see our 2 biggest trees laying over. Seriously?! I mean it wasn't even worth it! This was the damage:

There was no saving them...so the yard guys were here today taking them apart and hauling them away....

It was kind of heart breaking to us. Sounds weird to say over trees.....We were especially bummed over the big Mesquite on the side of the house. It was a big one. So now our house looks bare and it was for 10 minutes of some rain.....lame.
