We did our annual Christmas Eve event with the Pallanich family. Good fun as always and Aiden had a great time playing with Hayden and all of his boy toys. His planes and helicopters were the best and he enjoyed flying them around and chasing Hayden around as they laughed at each other.
After lunch, Aiden went outside and enjoyed their gym set with all the swinging, climbing, and sliding he could handle. Terry brought out Hayden's old Tonka trucks and Aiden was quite content driving them around. We are very grateful to them that they passed them down to us and are now enjoying them at our home...Thank you!
Aiden was having so much fun that even the idea of opening presents wasn't enough for the terribleness of his 2's to stay buried. PS. Christmas spirit doesn't apply to 2 year olds just in case you were wondering :)
The unfairness of life wore off, he got over it, and enjoyed the unwrapping of his first Christmas present...
