The military giveth....

....and taketh away! Jason had been on days to train and in-process but they put him back on swing shift starting next week. Didn't I say anytime on day shift was short lived?? I have to say I am heart broken. Sound dramatic? Maybe, but I really wanted to enjoy this evening family stuff for a lot longer than 2 weeks. Jason says not to get too upset yet because he still might be home pretty early but I'm not going to expect anything in the way of great (he goes in at 3). Why get my hopes up? I'm sad. Jason said he is going to try to get someone to switch with him. I guess I'll hope a little but right now I am sad going into next week knowing that it is back to rushing from work to pick Aiden up from day care and go home to no Jason. We'll get home and sit down to dinner just the 2 of us...blah! It may have been only 2 weeks but I was already very used to it! :( Lame.
