Time. That is what Aiden and I have right now...time. So, it seems silly not to head up to Prescott mid week and spend some time with friends and especially Grandpa. It was fun for me to drive around my old town and see how things have changed. Aiden and I went to the mall and killed some time just the 2 of us...this is when he found Luigi and Yoshi and was super excited to make them his own. You wouldn't believe how much he loves the characters of Mario Bros. and also how great he has gotten at playing it! But that's a different post for a different day!
On our way home to see Grandpa I pulled over at the lake to get a picture...yeah, it was a bit bright...
Aiden must have made my Dad read the same 3 books about a hundred times...only a slight exaggeration...
The next day was zoo time...duh...don't you know that's what we do? The Heritage Zoo was one that none of us had been to before so we thought, why not? It is a small quiet zoo and we had a nice time.
We stopped by Pioneer Park on our way home and Aiden got in some climbing and slide time before he was asking to go back to Grandpa's house to see Barkley (my Prescott dog).
That night we headed over to The Webb's to see Leah, EJ, and Alden. The boys did their low key thing and played on their own and then ended up watching Curious George together.

On our way out of town on Friday we went by and saw the Ranniker Family. The boys got to play and Aiden even made Blake read his books to him again. Aiden must have had "Clumsy Crab" read to him 50 times with in the 3 days.
Another wonderful Prescott trip for the boy and me...hopefully we'll make it up there again soon!

ah these are so good even with your dad,
I see you and aiden get to spend alot of time together.to bad you guys can't come to terrys this summer would love to see you guys man aiden is growing so fast I can't beleive it.
