Aiden and babies....

We went and visited my friends, Melissa and Louie, and their 5-month old son, Milo. Aiden was really good with him and loved for me to hold him and even got an attitude when I handed Milo back to Melissa. He said that "Mommy needed to hold the baby" and it made me laugh. The last time he had seen me hold a little baby (who was 2 weeks old) he was very jealous and wanted to be held himself instantly. I wonder if it was a difference in the baby's age? Is a week old infant more of a threat than a 5 month old that has more personality? Sure wish I knew what went on in that little brain of his. Aiden even ended up asking to hold Milo himself and he pet his head gently as he tends to do with babies. He was so proud of himself and smiled proudly for the camera. What sweet boys.
