I find it wonderful to watch my son write his name. It wasn't too long ago that he signed cards with squiggles, lines, or a trace of his hand and now you'd actually know who was signing. He struggles with some letters and he gets frustrated, but when it's all over he is so proud of himself...as I am too. He is beginning the long journey of school and learning...and as I of course find myself hoping and praying that it comes easy and he excels, I really just hope that he enjoys it all. I hope he always loves and wants to learn.
