Anne told us about the Best Fest that was downtown yesterday and I'm so grateful. It was so much fun and I really enjoyed celebrating the 100th birthday of my birthplace. It made me quite proud to be a native. They had a carnival section for kids and then also had live music going on. Michelle Branch is from Arizona so we were able to see her perform and it was great. Aiden goofed off with his buddy Mike and we had a nice time hanging out. I hope Aiden is proud to be an Arizonan someday when Arizona is celebrating 150 years! Hopefully I'll be celebrating with him in all my wrinkles and memory loss :)
